As a YMCA run charity, we have young people at our heart.

We give our young people the opportunity to thrive and develop within their chosen industry within a supportive community.

Our Apprenticeships are delivered by our amazing team of professional staff.  They also include a functional skills section (maths and English), if required.

Our Apprentices also have a tutor/NVQ Assessor who is on-site one day a week to support them and to keep them on track with their assignments.

We can also offer accommodation within the grounds to the right candidate, as we have found transport in the rural community can cause difficulties to young people to access training and education. We can overcome this barrier for you if required.
